제목 없음The NTS held ’04.2nd「Foreign Tax Partnership」on November 23, Tuesday,
with foreign business communities including AMCHAM, EUCCK, SJC, CCCK, and ANZCCK.
At the meeting the NTS presented its positions and measures on the tax related
18 suggestions from foreign business communities at the first meeting of July
5 this year. Also the NTS tax audit policy to foreign companies and the 「Home
Tax Service」were explained.
Representatives from the communities and tax officials exchanged opinions
on various tax issues such as stock options and electronic filings and agreed
to develop the 「Foreign Tax Partnership」as a communication channel.
This 「Foreign Tax Partnership」 meeting is designed to improve a business-friendly
tax climate for foreign companies and investors. Next meeting will be held in
June 2005.
