Dispatch of International Tax Professionals to the Financial Intelligence Unit(FIU)

The NTS dispatched its International Tax Professionals to the FIU which was
established within the Ministry of Economy and Finance in accordance with the
Financial Transaction Reports Act put into effect on November 28, 2001.

- The NTS will establish a dynamic cooperative system with related
organizations (i.e., Public Prosecutors Office, Korea Customs Service, Financial
Supervisory Services, etc.) in order to monitor the suspects of illegal foreign
exchange transactions.
