Convention Between Korea
and Algeria Becomes Effective




The \'Convention between the Government of the Republic of Korea and the Government
of the People\'s Democratic Republic of Algeria for the Avoidance of Double Taxation
and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on
Capital\' (hereafter referred to as the "Convention") shall become
effective as of August 31, 2006.



The content of the Convention will be pronounced and posted on the NTS homepage
soon.
